There are two characters depicted. The head's name is Grim and the body's name is Liz.

AGH! I fucked up Liz's hand. At least Grim(head) looks okay. Again, I didn't draw Berry in this because she wasn't in the original.

So I did this to get myself out of an art block I've been having for a few weeks/to a month. I think doing this really helped me out. I have a corgi picture and an art trade to do tonight/tomorrow.

There is a big difference from the first drawing you have improved alot the only thing that i think needs improvement is the shadow otherwise everything looks fine its good that you allow people to critique your work thats the best way you can improve as for the idea its simple but it works really good you need to keep the way you draw your drawings can make a big difference id suggest you to be more brave with your drawings dont be afraid that the background will look bad sometimes you have to experiment on your own to see which elements look good and wich dont.
