How to draw a person with a detached head

Description

So, one thing I noticed is that for some people who try to draw this kind of thing they mess up on proportions. This is a tutorial for a trick I discovered for drawing people with a detached head.

1. Structure the body as you normally would sans arms; you will be adding them in for the next step.
2. Draw a structure of a second head where you want to put it and draw in the arms after drawing the head.
3. Erase the head on the neck/the one you used for measuring.
4. Add in some details.
5. Roughly go over the sketch so you can see what you're working with more easily.
6./Last picture: this is what the product looks like with rough lines without the sketch underneath it.

I know this isn't the best tutorial, but I think it explains what I'm talking about. If you use this tutorial please let me see your work: I want to see if it helped or not.

I never would have thought to do it this way. Makes sense, what with helping to keep proportions.
